Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Petsy, provided by Scasys Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Scasys", "we", "us"), Jaipur, India. By creating an account or using Petsy, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Petsy

Petsy is a business management platform for pet hotels, kennels, groomers, daycares, and trainers. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that happens under it.

2. Accounts & Data

You own the client, pet, and booking data you enter into Petsy. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to store that data and process it through our platform.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other accounts, disrupting the platform, or using it for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

Petsy's software, design, and branding are owned by Scasys Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Your business data remains yours.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Petsy and close your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Petsy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Scasys is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan having jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Petsy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
